Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery; items returned outside the 14-day window.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return postage.
